How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1 working day of placing your order. 

Depending on your location, shipping can take up to a couple of days. Usually orders are delivered between:

  • 1 business day: Belgium and The Netherlands
  • 2-4 business days: Austria, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
  • 3-5 business days: France, Germany, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia
  • 5-8 business days: Australia, Canada, Colombia, Iceland, Japan, New Zeeland, Qatar, South Africa, Turkey, USA, China

Return costs and Uncollected Parcels

If a return or reshipment is required due to customer error or failure to collect a parcel, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs. This includes situations such as providing an incorrect address or not picking up an order from a parcel locker or pickup point within the carrier’s time limit.

In these cases, the customer must cover:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Reshipping costs (if the order is sent again)

These costs may either be deducted from the refund or must be paid before reshipment.

If your package has been returned to us, please contact our customer service at info@4gold.eu and include your order number.

  • If the return was due to late or non-pickup, the customer will be charged for a new shipment.
  • If the return occurred for another reason, the situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in consultation with customer service.

Changes to order details

After ordering your products, we are unable to change your shipping information & order details. Orders are processed within minutes after ordering and the system does not allow changes to be made. 


Tracking my order

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email and we will contact the shipping company.


Taxes

Any shipment outside of the European Union can be subject to various taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These taxes are not prepaid by 4GOLD. The customer is fully responsible for payment of these taxes.


Customs duties

All of our orders are shipped from the European Economic Zone (EEZ) and the EU Customs Union. If your order is delivered within this zone (EEZ and EU Customs Union), the customer will not be required to pay import duties.

Import and/or customs duties are calculated on orders shipped between countries or customs territories. These duties are calculated based on the nature and value of the products, shipping costs and other contributing factors. If the country where the products are shipped to charges import duties, the customer is responsible for paying these duties to the appropriate authorities.

If you do not want to pay import duties, your package will be returned to us. You can apply for a refund but shipping costs & administrative fees may be deducted.
