We are using Palatinose™ (isomaltulose) as a main ingredient which offers athletes a steady, sustained energy release, it minimizes blood glucose and insulin spikes, promoting stable glucose levels and enhanced fat utilization - which makes it great to combine with LiFT. Beside that Palatinose™ is gentler on the digestive system, reducing gastrointestinal issues.

What's the difference between the Carbo Electro and the High Carb?
Although Carbo Electro and High Carb are both carbohydrate-based sports drinks, their differences will guide your choice. Carbo Electro has a glucose-to-fructose ratio of 2:1, while High Carb has a ratio of 1:0.8. The higher fructose content in High Carb allows for a higher hourly carbohydrate intake (over 90g/h), making it ideal for triathlons, long-distance running or cycling. For Carbo Electro, we recommend one or two servings per bottle (30-60g of carbohydrates). This formula includes more than just carbs, making it suitable for sports like soccer, motocross, running, boxing, and cycling, or for activities requiring lower carbohydrate intake due to minimal glycogen depletion.

How to train your gut?
Train your gut for better performance! If your gut is not trained to absorb a high amount of carbohydrates, we recommend starting with two or three scoops. Within two weeks, train with that dose an average of 5 times before moving to a higher dose, and repeat the process until you reach 80-120g of carbs per hour without any problems.
