The addition of 80mg of caffeine boosts alertness and concentration , providing a mental boost. The breakdown of caffeine creates a substance that stimulates fat burning. This gives a boost to endurance.

Our Caffeine gel contains 29,8g of carbohydrates in a 2:1 ratio (glucose/fructose) to maximise energy and moisture absorption. The carbohydrate-electrolyte solution contributes to the maintenance of performance during prolonged endurance exercise.

Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of fatigue and ensures normal energy-yielding metabolism.

"In Skeleton you need to be super aware and focused to perform your steers perfectly in fractions of seconds while sliding at 120-140km/h. Being late on a steer or reacting slow to a change on the track can not only be painful but also just cost you valuable time. Voor de eerste keer deze Caffeine Gels is geprobeerd tijdens een lange rit. Op de laatste 35 km twee van deze gels genomen voor de laatste kimmen. Gaven mij nog net dat beetje extra, goede smaak, geen maag problemen, en nog een flinke boost eind energie. Bestel ze zeker vaker!!

Estoy muy conforme con estos geles, son bastante fluidos por lo que la absorción de los componentes es muy ràpido. El sabor no es nada empalagoso ni se hacen pesados o indigestos.

Goed resultaat!

Ik was in elk geval blij met het resultaat van de wedstrijd waarbij ik deze caffeinegel gebruikte (al is het effect moeilijk te meten). Qua smaak én textuur vind in deze gel van 4gold beter dan andere beroemde merken.

Cafeine gel pomme verte

Le gout n’est pas super agréable, et il faut faire attention lorsque l’on ouvre le gel. Il arrive que l’emballage se coupe littéralement en deux et du coup tout le gel coule sur vos mains et le vélo… le truc qui rend vraiment fou! Par contre le point positif est qu’il est vraiment très efficace!
