Can I track the delivery of my order?

Yes, of course. After your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information. This way you can track the order and have information about the delivery date.

Will I have to pay taxes or custom duties on my order?

When you ship goods between countries or customs territories, import duties (or customs duties) and taxes are levied on those goods. These duties and taxes are calculated based on the nature and value of the goods, the shipping costs and other factors.


If your country charges import duties and taxes, you are responsible for paying them to the appropriate authorities. All of our orders are shipped from the European Economic Zone. If your order is delivered within this zone, you will not be required to pay import duties.If you are asked to pay import duties within the EEZ, please contact us. Not sure if you will have to pay import duties? Please contact your local customs office.

What if I don’t pay these import duties? If you don’t want to pay import duties for whatever reason, your package will return to us and you can apply for a refund. We can then still deduct the shipping costs and an administrative fee.

How does return work?

As a customer you have the right to return delivered goods within 14 days. However, the return of these items is entirely for the account and risk of the customer. The goods must be returned in their original packaging (including accessories and accompanying documentation) and in the same condition as when they were delivered (the jar may not be opened under any circumstances).

If all goods are in new condition, we will ensure that the full purchase amount without transport costs is refunded within 30 days.

This information is crucial in formulating your personalized supplement regimen.

Why do you need my blood results and wearable data?

By analyzing your recent blood test results, we can customize your supplement blend more accurately. This analysis enables us to identify your current nutrient levels, allowing us to target any deficiencies or imbalances effectively. Additionally, linking your wearable device provides us with daily insights into your physical activities, stress levels, sleep patterns, and more, which aids in continuously refining your supplement regimen each month for optimal health benefits.

Is my health and genetic data kept private?

Your privacy is our top priority. We've partnered with a top-tier European university lab to perform DNA extraction under the strictest GDPR laws. But that's just the beginning - we utilize cutting-edge encryption techniques to ensure maximum security for all your data. You have control over your data.

How often will I receive my personalized supplements?

Your personalized supplements are delivered every 30 days. This ensures you have a continuous supply without any interruption to your daily health regimen.

Are the ingredients in the supplements of high quality?

For sure, we use only the highest quality ingredients. Our focus is on purity and potency to ensure you receive the most effective and safe supplements. Beside we are using advanced liposomalmicroencapsulation technology to ensure all nutrients are released at the right time for optimal absorption.

I have a wearable that is not on your list. Can I still connect it?

We integrate with over 500 types of wearables, including popular brands like Whoop, Oura, Polar, Garmin, Omron, Suunto, and Huawei. We're also developing direct connections for Samsung and Apple watches. Additionally, through our connections with Google Fit and Strava, we can support almost every wearable device. Simply connect your wearable to Google Fit and Strava, make a connection with us and we'll take care of the rest!

Can I cancel or pause the subscription?

Yes, this is possible through your account.

Is it a problem if I forget to take one sachet?

It's not a problem; these things can happen. Just take the missed sachet at the end of your 30 days and start your next month's supply one day later.

DNA ANALYSIS
How long will it take before I receive my DNA results?

Within 4-5 weeks you will receive your raw genetic data file, which you can upload into our online DNA dashboard to view your results.

How do I ensure the best saliva sample?

For the best results, it is highly recommended not to eat, drink (except water), smoke or chew gum during 30 minutes before collecting saliva.

When the DNA kit arrives just read the instructions carefully before taking your sample.

How do I register my DNA kit?

Scan the QR-code with your smartphone and download our app.

Fill in the requested details to register your kit. After registration, you will be redirected to the instructions to successfully take your saliva sample.

Does my DNA change over time?

No, your DNA is fixed. Only gene expression can change over time. That is why the information in your raw DNA database is still usable after many years. Keep it at hand if updates are available, because every day new scientific research emerges that provides new insights into genetics and nutrigenetics.

What is the difference between the 4Gold DNA analysis and those of others?

After countless years of research, our research team has developed software that solves the main problem of most commercial DNA reports. They do not take into account the interaction between genetic variants. This may seem like a minor problem, but genetic variants can either reinforce or counteract each other. We have developed complicated algorithms to take the interaction between genetic variants into account.

Who can access my data?

You have full control over your data. So you decide who gets access to it. At 4Gold, only our specialists have access to your raw data file and DNA reports to check and validate your results.

SPORT SUPPLEMENTS
What's 4GOLD approach to sport supplements?

As with our health supplements, we do not believe in a standard approach to sports supplements. What works for one person may not work for the other. For example, you may be a low responder to creatine or D-Ribose, for example, making it much less interesting for you. Is it more interesting for you to take a dairy protein or a plant based protein? How is your fructose tolerance? Can you handle +100g of carbohydrates per hour? How fast is your replenishment of glycogen? How does caffeine affect fat burning? And much more. Our approach to supplements is to match each product with your DNA data and your sport-specific lifestyle information.

Is every sport supplement tested for banned substances?

Yes, it is. Every single supplement of our product range is third party tested for banned substances. 4Gold provides full transparency, you can check your product’s batch number here.

Can I use 4GOLD sport supplements without a DNA test?

Yes, that's possible. However, for the best experience, we recommend taking our DNA test.

Why is 4GOLD using standing pouches instead of jars?

Switching from plastic jars to standing pouches offers several advantages. Firstly, it's more environmentally friendly due to reduced plastic usage. Additionally, shipping becomes more efficient since the pouches contain less air, allowing for more compact packaging. This also improves storage efficiency, enabling us to store more products in a smaller space.

Do products have the same shelf life in standing pouches?

Yes, our products have the same shelf life in standing pouches as in plastic jars. Standing pouches provide the same protection against moisture, air, and light, which helps maintain the freshness and quality of the products, ensuring a comparable shelf life.
