High Carb

High Carb
During exercise, your body's glycogen stores deplete, leading to a drop in performance. To sustain energy levels, High Carb is formulated with an optimal 1:0,8 glucose-to-fructose ratio, this makes it possible to strive for +90g of carbs each hour.
At its core, we use Palatinose™, a premium carbohydrate that delivers a steady, sustained energy release while minimizing blood sugar and insulin spikes. This promotes stable glucose levels, enhanced fat utilization, and helps prevent energy crashes. Unlike traditional fast-acting sugars, Palatinose™ is also gentler on the gut, reducing the risk of gastrointestinal discomfort—critical for endurance athletes.
Our High Carb is a unique formula for endurance athletes to absorb a large amount of carbohydrates without gastrointestinal discomfort. It delivers 90g of carbs per serving in an optimal 1:0,8 glucose-to-fructose ratio for sustained energy. With Palatinose™, it provides steady fuel, better gut comfort, and low-GI benefits. Added electrolytes help replenish lost minerals and keep you hydrated.
Use 2-4 scoops with 500-750ml.
We recommend using our High Carb during prolonged physical exercise (training or race) where high amounts of carbohydrates are needed to replenish your glycogen stores. You can also use it pre-race for carboloading purposes.
Train your gut for better performance! If your gut is not trained to absorb a high amount of carbohydrates, we recommend starting with two or three scoops. Within two weeks, train with that dose an average of 5 times before moving to a higher dose, and repeat the process until you reach 80-120g of carbs per hour without any problems.

Although Carbo Electro and High Carb are both carbohydrate-based sports drinks, their differences will guide your choice. Carbo Electro has a glucose-to-fructose ratio of 2:1, while High Carb has a ratio of 1:0.8. The higher fructose content in High Carb allows for a higher hourly carbohydrate intake (over 90g/h), making it ideal for triathlons, long-distance running or cycling. For Carbo Electro, we recommend 1-2 servings per bottle (30-60g of carbohydrates). This formula includes more than just carbs, making it suitable for sports like soccer, motocross, running, boxing, and cycling, or for activities requiring lower carbohydrate intake due to minimal glycogen depletion.
