FAQ: Shipping, returns and refunds
To return a product, send an email to info@4gold.eu and state your order number, the product you want to return and the reason for the return. We will then assess whether the product is legible for return and take necessary action.
Return can only be made 14 days after delivery of the product.
To return a product, the product must meet these requirements:
- be purchased via our webshop (www.4GOLD.eu)
- be unopened and in the original packaging
- must be unused and be in good condition. We cannot accept products which have been opened or used
4GOLD is responsible for return shipping when:
- you received the wrong product
- you received a damaged product
The customer is responsible for return shipping when
- the customer has changed their mind and doesn’t want/need the product anymore.
In both cases, 4GOLD will provide the return label. In the case where the customer is responsible for return shipping, a fee will be deducted from the refund.
When a returned product meets the return requirements, the customer can choose
- a refund for the returned product (if necessary, minus the return fee)
- a gift card with the value of the returned product (if necessary, minus the return fee)
When you receive an incorrect or damaged package/product, send an email to info@4gold.eu and state your order number and the incorrect or damaged items.
In case of damages, also include:
- pictures of the shipping box (outside and inside)
- a clear picture of the shipping label on the shipping box
- a picture of the damaged products
- clear description of the damages
This information will allow us to assess the situation and determine the best course of action.
No, after placing your order, we are unable to change your shipping information & order details. Orders are processed within minutes after ordering and the system does not allow changes to be made.
As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.
Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email and we will contact the shipping company.
Orders are processed within 1 working day of placing your order.
Depending on your location, shipping can take up to a couple of days. Usually orders are delivered between:
- 1-2 business days: Belgium and The Netherlands
- 2-4 business days: Austria, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
- 3-5 business days: France, Germany, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia
- 5-8 business days: Australia, Canada, Colombia, Iceland, Japan, New Zeeland, Qatar, South Africa, Turkey, USA, China

Any shipment outside of the European Union can be subject to various taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These taxes are not prepaid by 4GOLD. The customer is fully responsible for payment of these taxes.
All of our orders are shipped from the European Economic Zone (EEZ). If your order is delivered within this zone, the customer will not be required to pay import duties. If you are asked to pay import duties within the EEZ, please contact us at info@4gold.eu
Import and/or customs duties are calculated on orders shipped between countries or customs territories. These duties are calculated based on the nature and value of the products, shipping costs and other contributing factors. If the country where the products are shipped to charges import duties, the customer is responsible for paying these duties to the appropriate authorities.

If you do not want to pay import duties, your package will be returned to us. You can apply for a refund but shipping costs & administrative fees may be deducted.
