Because we want you to be able to perform optimally under any circumstances
As a professional athlete you have to perform optimally in all circumstances. However, height, temperature or intensity can influence the intake of your supplements. For this reason, we give you the following guidelines.
Do not exceed the maximum dosage. Consult a doctor, dietician or trainer if you want to change your dosage.

PRE WORKOUT
WHEN: 20-30 min before workout.
DOSAGE:
Normal conditions: 2 scoops with 250ml water
Height or exhausted: 3 scoops with 300ml water

CARBO ELECTRO
WHEN: during race or training
EASY TRAINING (<90min):
Normal conditions: 1 scoop with 500ml water
Height or exhausted: 2 scoops with 750ml water
Heat: 1 scoop with 600ml water
HARD/LONGER TRAINING OR RACE:
Normal conditions: 2 scoops with 500ml water
Height or exhausted: 3 scoops with 750ml water
Heat: 2 scoops with 600ml water
If you may experience diarrhoea during exercise, reduce moisture by 1/3.

PLANT BASED ENERGY BAR
WHEN: during race or training
BEFORE TRAINING OR COMPETITION:
Athletes regularly follow a carbohydrate-rich diet for a long and/or tough competition. This carbo-loading strategy aims to maximize their muscle glycogen reserves for a competition. Our delicious energy bars with natural ingredients are perfect to add to such a diet
DURING TRAINING OR COMPETITION:
Excercises < 1 hour: not necessary to eat a plant based energy bar.
Exercises up to 2 hours: 1 plant based energy bar (considering you need 30g of carbohydrates per hour)
Exercises up to 3 hours: 2 or 3 plant based energy bars (considering you need 60g of carbohydrates per hour)

ISOTONIC GELS
WHEN: during race or training
Isotonic gels can be used to quickly replenish your energy reserves or when certain factors and circumstances make it difficult to eat solid food (banana, energy bar, gingerbread,…).

RECOVERY
WHEN: within 30min after exercise.
DOSAGE:
After 1 hour of exercise: 1 scoop with 250ml of water
After 2 hours of exercise: 2 scoops with 500ml of water
After 3 hours of excercise: 3 scoops with 750ml of water
After 4+ hours of exercise: 4 scoops with 750ml of water
* In case of high temperature/more intense taste: add more water up to a maximum of 2 litres.

WHEY
WHEN: before or after exercise.
DOSAGE:
Normal conditions: 2 scoops with 250-300ml water.
Heat: 2 scoops with 400-500ml water.

PLANT BASED PROTEIN BAR
WHEN: after exercise or competition
USAGE:
After a strenuous effort or as a supplement to your daily protein needs.

BCAA
WHEN: during exercise.
DOSAGE:
Normal conditions: 2 scoops with 250-300ml water.
Heat: 2 scoops with 500-600ml water.

GREEN FUEL
WHEN: You can take the Green fuel at any time of the day. We like them most in the morning.
DOSAGE:
1 or 2 scoops with 250-500ml of water. When using Greens for the first time, try them with pineapple juice, apple juice or in a smoothie.

GUT SUPPORT
DOSAGE: 2 scoops with 250-300ml of water per day
We recommend that you start with half a scoop at breakfast every day to see how your body reacts to the supplement. If you’re not experiencing any problems*, you can increase the dosage to the recommended dose of 2 scoops after a few days.
*Some people may experience temporary digestive and intestinal problems when using the gut support. This may be due to a changing intestinal flora.
We recommend using a shaker to prevent lumps.

NUTRIGENOMIC RECOVERY
WHEN: within 4 hours after exercise or before you go to sleep. It is also not the intention to merge with the classic Recovery, but to take them separately!
DOSAGE:
1 scoop with 200-250ml water.
