4Gold’s Performance Pancake Mix is easy to prepare so you can quickly prepare a delicious meal, ideally before the start of a physical performance. The combination of hydrolyzed oatmeal, maltodextrin, Palatinose and MCT oil ensures the long-lasting delivery of energy, allowing you to use the pancakes in your carbo-loading strategy.
As a source of protein, Performance Pancake Mix also helps grow and maintain muscle mass, so all your training hours don’t go to waste.
Mix one tablespoon (50 grams) of pancake mix with 80ml of water and stir until everything is one smooth whole without large lumps(do not whip or mix for a long time). If you mix the batter too much, the pancakes will become tough and sticky. Let stand 3-4 minutes to thicken. Next, heat a lightly greased griddle or flat cooking surface to medium-high. You can make the pancakes as small or as large as you like to eat them. Bake until the bottom is golden brown, then flip them over. Finally, bake the other side until golden brown and remove from the griddle.
