High Carb Energy Bars

Our High carb energy bars contain different sources of carbohydrates, this contributes to the maintenance of performance during prolonged endurance exercise.

 During training or competition:

Each high carb energy bar contains 41 grams of carbohydrates. In combination with our High Carb drink you can easily target 100-120 grams of carbohydrates each hour.

Train your gut for better performance! If your gut is not trained to absorb a high amount of carbohydrates, we recommend starting with 70g of carbohydrates each hour ( 1 scoop of High carb + 1 high carb energy bar). Within two weeks, train with that dose an average of 5 times before moving to a higher dose, and repeat the process until you reach 100-120g of carbs per hour without any problems.
