PRE WORKOUT FOR ENDURANCE
Pre-workout drinks have long been associated with fitness and Crossfit… However, there are also many advantages for endurance athletes. But this, of course, requires a different formulation. At the request of our co-founder Mathieu van der Poel, we have developed a Pre Workout specially for endurance athletes.
Our Pre Workout is a plant-based formula with over 20 specifically chosen ingredients and the synergy between the ingredients of the formula ensures the unique effect of our Pre Workout.

OTHER INGREDIENTS
We have used four different natural forms of caffeine (guarana, green seeds, yerba mate and Camellia sinensis) for a stepwise intake and no crash afterwards. This ensures a positive effect on your focus, alertness and concentration, a shorter reaction time and a reduced feeling of fatigue and pain.
Beta Alanine and L-Citrulline are specifically dosed with endurance in mind. Beside that we have added Siberian ginseng, Maca, Aswhagandha, etc. and many more phytonutrients.

Our Pre Workout contains 70mg of natural caffeine. We have used four different natural forms of caffeine (guarana, green seeds, yerba mate and Camellia sinensis) for a stepwise intake and no crash afterwards.
When do I need to take the Pre Workout?
We advice to take the Pre Workout 20-30 min before your workout or race. If you are using the pre workout for the first time, it is recommended to start with half a dose.
