Elise started playing tennis at the age of 4. Quickly, she became hooked on the sport, and a life away from the tennis court was unimaginable. With impressive results in the youth categories, she ended up 8th in the world rankings for prospects. From her professional debut in 2013, her trajectory soared rapidly. In 2017, she won her first singles and doubles tournament, propelling her from 120th to 35th place in the WTA rankings. She has continued this upward trend by winning more and larger tournaments, primarily in doubles. Her track record speaks for itself: 8 singles titles and 19 doubles titles, including 4 Grand Slams.
