Unlike traditional fast-acting sugars, Palatinose™ is also gentler on the gut, reducing the risk of gastrointestinal discomfort—critical for endurance athletes.
Carbo Electro delivers 30g of carbs per serving in an optimal 2:1 glucose-to-fructose ratio for sustained energy. With 20g of Palatinose™, it provides steady fuel, better gut comfort, and low-GI benefits. Added electrolytes help replenish lost minerals and keep you hydrated.

Although Carbo Electro and High Carb are both carbohydrate-based sports drinks, their differences will guide your choice. Carbo Electro has a glucose-to-fructose ratio of 2:1, while High Carb has a ratio of 1:0.8. The higher fructose content in High Carb allows for a higher hourly carbohydrate intake (over 90g/h), making it ideal for triathlons, long-distance running or cycling. For Carbo Electro, we recommend 1-2 servings per bottle (30-60g of carbohydrates). This formula includes more than just carbs, making it suitable for sports like soccer, motocross, running, boxing, and cycling, or for activities requiring lower carbohydrate intake due to minimal glycogen depletion.
