    Reviews hier allemaal 5 maar ik heb toch een andere mening.
    Eerste maal 7g ingenomen met voldoende water en ben een hele dag draaierig geweest, was een heel vreemd gevoel. Trainen op die dag was een ramp.
    Begin dit jaar opnieuw geprobeerd maar dan 5g in mijn post-workout shake, met daarvoor nog een extra glas water. Dit leek een veel betere optie. Geen directe bijwerkingen.
    Ik merk eigenlijk niks van voordelen en ben nog aan het bekijken of vermoeidheid door de creatine zou komen, want loop de laatste tijd meer moe als anders.
    Wou ook nog even zeg dat de creatine helemaal niet oplost. Als je roert lijkt het wel zo maar na even het water te laten staan zakt de creatine helemaal naar de bodem. Dat is niet echt oplossen.

    buena calidad… y con efecto rapido sobre el rendimiento. Sin problemas estomacales, pero mejor mezclada con otros alumentos. En casa diferentes edades la tomamos.
    Quizas la retencion liquidod lo peor si no bebes mucha agua.
