USE
When: during race or training
Before training or competition:
Athletes regularly follow a carbohydrate-rich diet for a long and/or tough competition. This carbo-loading strategy aims to maximise their muscle glycogen reserves for a competition. Our delicious energy bars with natural ingredients are perfect to add to such a diet.
During training or competition:
- Exercises < 1 hour: not necessary to eat a plant based energy bar.
- Exercises up to 2 hours: 1 plant based energy bar (considering you need 30g of carbohydrates per hour)
- Exercises > 2 hours: 1 - 1,5 plant based energy bar per hour (considering you need 60g-90g of carbohydrates per hour)
INGREDIENTS & ALLERGENS
Organic grape powder (Vitis vinifera), organic sweet potato powder (Ipomoea batatas), organic apple powder (Malus domestica), natural flavouring (*), organic oat powder (Avena sativa), organic tapioca syrup, organic rice crisps, organic vegetable glycerin. Coating: (organic cane sugar, Isomaltulose**, fully hydrogenated vegetable oil from sunflower, potato starch, vanilla extract, emulsifier: sunflower and soy lecithin)** Isomaltulose is a source of glucose and fructose.
*Cuberdon: Raspberry crunch, organic roasted coconut blossom sugar, arabic gum, hazelnut powder.
*Pistache: pistachio crunch, pistachio powder, organic roasted coconut blossom sugar.
